How long will it take my order to arrive?
Under normal conditions, we need 24 hours to process the order
and 48 hours for shipping of the order. We are always striving
to provide our customers with the best experience possible, so
we package most orders in a reusable Styrofoam ice chest with
dry ice inside and ship most orders with UPS. Because we have
found UPS the most reliable at delivering your order on time and
in perfect condition, we ask that you provide an address that
someone will be available to receive your shipment.
We ship out to our customers only Monday-Wednesday (unless on
Holidays) so that the order should arrive to you and not have
to spend the weekend in transit. Orders received after Noon on
Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
